Every day, truckloads of food arrive at St. Vincent
de Paul, donated by grocery stores and community food drives. Items are cleaned, sorted and measured against strict quality control standards before they are sent to our kitchen or sorted for food boxes that are provided to hungry families.
Each year, about 8 million pounds of food are processed in St. Vincent de Paul’s Food Reclamation Center. Over 500,000 food boxes are delivered through home visits and other charitable organizations.
