Stamp Out Hunger at the Mailbox!

Contribute to the Letter Carriers' Food Drive

PHOENIX, AZ - On Saturday, May 8, mail carriers across the country will be collecting more than just bills and letters at your mailbox or mail kiosk. They will also be collecting nonperishable food items that will benefit local food banks like the Society of St. Vincent de Paul in Phoenix.

Arizona residents can help by placing nonperishable food items in a bag by their mailboxes and mail kiosks. Postal employees will collect donated food and deliver it to local food banks in a nationwide effort to 'Stamp Out Hunger.'

The Letter Carriers' Food Drive is sponsored by Campbell's, America's Second Harvest, United Way, American Federation of Labor, Congress of Industrial Labor, United States Postal Service and the National Association of Letter Carriers.
