Angels on Call for Kelly
Help keep Kelly and her family safe and housed!
Kelly, a single mother of five, has faced tremendous challenges in balancing work and caring for her children. One of her children is autistic and suffers from epilepsy, which requires Kelly to be home to care for them. She lost her job making it difficult for her to provide for her family, but she recently found a job that allows her to work from home. Fortunately, her landlord is willing to work with her in the interim, knowing that she is seeking rental assistance from St. Vincent de Paul and the Angels on Call program.
Help Team Demers raise $2,500 to support Kelly!
HOW DOES ANGELS ON CALL WORK?
When an individual or family at risk of eviction turns to SVdP for assistance, the Angels on Call program notifies donors (a.k.a. Angels) and gives them the chance to donate and know the exact person or family they are saving from homelessness. This is accomplished through the Angels on Call mobile app, which shares the family's situation and story. And for those who don't want to download the app, they can have the same connection and experience online via the Angels on Call website. Click here to learn more about Angels on Call
