02/14/2013—Get to Know the Women of Ganamos

OK show of hands….who was nervous for their first day of school? Be it grade school, high school, college, or graduate school, I think we have all been there. Anxiety ridden and full of excitement, we embark on a new adventure. Well, if the women of Ganamos had any reservations, it did not show. After orientation and icebreakers, what did shine through was ambition, a clear vision of the future, a sense of faith and family, and the knowledge that they will succeed. Who are the incredible moms you ask? Let me introduce them.

Concepcion is enthusiastic about life and everything she does. She loves the way birds sing, and she values God and her family. She is an independent woman and sees a future full of happiness for herself and her children. Her plans include a nice home, a nice car, and that she will be a master of the English language.

Maria is a hard working mother of six. During the day she takes care of her three young children that live with her. In the evening, she focuses hard on learning the ins and outs of starting up an internet business. Maria is self sufficient and has conquered the English language. She is grateful for all of the good people God has put in her life and looks forward to a reunited family, working together in their own business.

Mariza is a proud mother of two. She has fond memories of her parents, her childhood and the birth of her children. She is looking forward to learning new things that she can share with her family. When she completes Ganamos she would like to make art that is affordable for all in her community.

Socorro is an amazing mom of six. She loves dogs and has a little dog named Kiwi. She is happy about life and God. She is looking forward to all of the Ganamos classes and the start of her own online business. She is bright, has a great spirit and adds pep to the class.

Xochitl is a caring mom of six. She has fond memories of her children graduating from various grades and looks forward to her own graduation. She enrolled in Ganamos to learn about business and new things in general. She looks forward to the new experience of having her own business and helping her family financially.
