Capital Campaign

Whether you need help or can offer help, St. Vincent de Paul is Arizona’s common ground.

Common Ground is about more than buildings. It's about creating a home for all of us.

St. Vincent de Paul is a home that brings out our best selves and a place where people turn and are met with help and hope.

What faces our community today is not a lack of resources or ability or compassion or love. What faces our community today is a lack of common ground.

With your partnership, we will increase our services, expand our campus, and invite all to join us. with your partnership, we will establish the space where people who need help and people who can offer help with come together and thrive.

Two buildings and a reimagined campus

Ozanam Manor II

This sister building to Ozanam Manor I establishes the next phase of St. Vincent de Paul's transitional housing program to support older adults, veterans and people with disabilities. Based off the success of the Ozanam model, Oz II is more than a building with beds. It's a full program that focuses on resiliency and addressing the unique needs of each resident to transition them from homelessness to self-sufficiency and permanent housing.

The Center for Volunteerism and Community Engagement

This building establishes a formal home for SVdP's more than 15,000 annual volunteers while also creating intentional space for education programs, internships, corporate groups, agencies, university researchers and more to collaborate as we tackle our community's greatest challenges together.

A campus reimagined

An expanded and reimagined campus creates the feeling of a true community, a place where you come and stay awhile. As we look toward housing 160 residents and welcoming thousands of community members to serve alongside us, St. Vincent de Paul wants to create a safe and welcoming campus intentionally designed to spark communal experience and comfortable for those who call our campus home.
