Accessibility and parking

  • Volunteers at this location should enter through the parking lot via the gate at 13th Ave and Harrison. Follow the road until you reach the blue building. Feel free to park in any open spot. The gate at 9th Ave and Jackson is exit only. If you have any difficulty getting in, please call our security front desk at 602-261-6864. 

Programs at the Phoenix Dining Room

  • During the summer the Phoenix Dining Room serves as a heat relief station offering cold water, air conditioning and temporary shelter to those experiencing homelessness.
  • Other services like medical care, identification replacement and overnight shelter are available through partner agencies at the Human Services Campus for those experiencing homelessness
