Leadership and Service
As we see it, Phoenix has long benefited from many executives who care deeply about building a better community. St. Vincent de Paul wants to take that a step further by providing an invitation-only, special experience designed for CEOs and their teams to serve together, create impact, and share that story with the community.
Working with St. Vincent de Paul
St. Vincent de Paul is uniquely positioned to provide valuable and enjoyable service opportunities. Centrally located in the Valley, SVdP regularly creates experiences for corporations and large volunteer groups. CEO Serve features a highly customizable experience, accomplishing the goals of each CEO and corporation.
- SVdP features only one CEO and company per month
- The SVdP customizes an experience that meets the unique needs, interests, and expertise of the corporate partner. From preparing and serving meals to planting and harvesting produce in the Rob and Melani Walton Urban Farm or creating an enrichment experience for Ozanam Manor residents, SVdP has many opportunities available.
- The CEO/company could position the day to best serve their needs. Perhaps an executive team engagement or an internal capacity building event that bring together people at all levels, from all areas of business.
- Our marketing team works with the company to pitch the engagement to the media. Of course, the most compelling stories include both a service component and announcements of unique partnerships or investments.
- We give the CEO/company a chance to write a "My Perspective" to the 100K+ people who receive SVdP communications. We would also build a social media strategy that shared the partnership with the larger community.
A Restorative Enterprise
CEO Serve offers companies an engaging, easy way to further invest in the community -- in ways that do the most good for the place and people depended upon to make business successful. It is a restorative enterprise, an opportunity to shape and enhance community, company culture, and public opinion.
